Dr. Ewe Hong Tat

Donald Lim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 from its renown Management & Technology Program, with a BSc in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering and a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School. Prior to going to Penn, Donald completed his 'O' and 'A' Levels in Singapore at Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College respectively.

Upon graduation, Donald worked in New York for several years with Time Inc. in the Consumer Marketing Division of Sports Illustrated magazine, starting out in marketing and moving on as Finance Manager. Upon returning to Kuala Lumpur, he joined the Hotel Equatorial group here he currently serves as Vice President at the Hotel Equatorial corporate office where in addition to hotel-related projects, he is also responsible for the successful external expansion of the group's famous Kampachi Japanese restaurant, the first of which opened at the Pavilion KL towards the end of 2007.

He continues to be actively engaged with his alma mater as co-Chair of the Secondary School Committee Malaysia and also as an Advisory Board Member of the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business, a dual-degree program at Penn between the School of Arts & Sciences and the Wharton School.
